Issues picking up specific items on ground

This has been a problem for me since between 18 and 19. The only items I know of are the healing orbs dropped by the armor and the sword in Castle Ravenloft. These items are supposed to be automatically picked up when you walk over them, but for my paladin (tank) I must stand on them then jump in order to pick them up. I'm not sure if this is specific to the paladin but today I noticed a barbarian (dps) try to pick the sword up in CR and he couldn't so it might be an issue for them as well.

Some items are still flagged for manual pickup for back-end/code reasons but if these are items that are automatically picked up when you play other classes, then it's an issue we'd have to look into.
