in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
I'm unable to progress any further than level 1 workspace as my characters are now level 80. https://imgur.com/0ht5NdU

    uh....I think you just ha a workshop-related quest you need to complete, but sorry...it's ages since I did this, so I don't remember the details.
    Hoping for improvements...

    My Retainer should give me that quest i did some research on YouTube but he never gave me the quest he still expect me to wait for resources to come in. I even abandon the quest and re-initiated with no joy.

    IIRC, You need to collect the item singly, not collect all, to trigger the advance.
