Unable To Claim Account Bound Black Ice Warhorse

Hello, my name is David. My PS4 name is chaosbleeds70 and the character name is Medusa Shadowfiend. On July 15, 2020 at approximately 12am I went to the auction house and for 8,199,000 Astral Diamonds I purchased the mount entitled Black Ice Warhorse- Account. The purchase was successful and I claimed and bound it to the above character. I am unable claim the Warhorse on any other character. I checked the Claim Valuables tab on the Home screen accessed from the Character screen. I checked the Zen store, I went back to check the character I claimed and bound it to and it's not in the Claim Valuables screen so that I could just give it to my other alts. I've rebooted my system multiple times all to no avail. Can you help me?

    This has happened to a few people in my alliance too.

    I hope they can and will fix it. I spent over 8 mil AD that took me a long time to save!

    Yup, reclaim worked for me now, but I still have to get support to change a Tensers to something else, since the game "chose" mounts for me earlier...

    This issue has been resolved for me, when the new mod dropped there was a patch and I can now claim it on all toons. Thank you devs.
