Do the developers know the game itself?

Why launch a system that is based on damage in an open instance? To drop the new rings, tank's and healer's must compete with dps for damage. How smart does that look? was it thought for 30 seconds before being approved? Healers have been complaining, tanks have also been complaining and the "big" team doesn't seem to care. A game without active support simply dies because there are only dps. It is frustrating to wait 30 min for a boss and when the respaw is going to happen a dps arrives and steals the drop out of simple laziness to create a fair reward system that benefits all classes ... There are many other things that we could criticize here, however it is a waste of time, because many have already spoken and nothing changes. there are more than 4,000 hours of gameplay, and every hour I spend here I lose hope of seeing something really creative. "maybe in the next module" is what many modules are trying to believe.
