Cryptonian title

Claiming the Cryptic’s 20th Anniversary gift from the Reward Claims Agent gives the claiming character the following:
As I understand it the title Cryptonian is also meant to be available to all characters in the account, but I received that title only for the character who originally claimed the gift. None of my other characters received the new title and no option to claim the title appeared for any characters in the Reward Claims Agent.
I have reported this to support who helpfully forwarded the problem to the devs and suggested I also submit this here on the bug reports forum to supplement the information that support sent to them, so I'm doing that here.
