Crash at Cryptic screen

I didnt see any patches today. There was a patch yesterday. I was able to play Neverwinter most of the day today. Tonight I have tried loading the game. When I attempt to connect to your server it keeps crashing on the cryptic load screen. I would like some assistance with this asap.

This was resolved with a system restart.
