Can we modify the cursor position?

Hi, i'm a pala heal (half orc) and i find difficult now to heal due to the position of the cursor. As you can see below:

I think that some class are considered 'meele' (cursor in the middle of the screen) as other are considered 'ranged'.
Here is an example of a dc (half orc) cursor position:

Is there a way to get the same as paladin?
