Platinum 20th anniversary pack - will characters created later get outfit/pet?

Hello, all.
Quick question about the platinum pack...
Once a character has claimed the initial pack with the 1-time items in it, the outfit and pet show up as separate claims. I know I can get theose on my other characters now, but will those claims still be available for characters created after the 16th?
Items in the claims seem inconsistent in how they work sometimes, so I want to be certain.
