Before m19 curse bite's charges entered into independent cooldowns, meaning you could throw the 2 charges together and then after 10 sec you would get back the 2 charges.
Now they seem to be connected on cooldowns, when you throw the 2 charges after 10 sec you get 1 charge then it starts the cooldown of the 10 sec for the other charge. This combined with curse bite not being affected by cooldown reductions renders it useless for continuous fights, and breaks any curse consume build. Please confirm me if this is an error or is wai now
