More obvious visual clues in content

So, I won't go too far back, but recently my hearing started to go to heck, and my eyesight has been iffy but enough to get by.
This makes my tomm runs nearly impossible because on some phases, the visual cues are tiny, and sometimes there are only audio cues which I don't hear - my hearing is bad enough that I had to change my job.
I'm not asking you to make halaster telegraph his attacks with a massive impact font esque thing, but something easy enough to notice for chums like me who ain't even 22 but can't notice jack poo.
I understand if it's a no go for tomm, but for the future, something a bit more clear would be great.
There were waaaay too many runs where I died because I didn't notice which hand he raised. It's just a shame.
