Faulty iron flask summons a Fire elemental sometimes

So, I noticed this on preview, but no way in hell will try to test on live (because getting the flask in itself is tedious and based on random drop from AI campaign box), so basically, the flask should only summon fiends, but it can summon a fire elemental.

Edit: I was able to summon an earth elemental as well.

Also Deva just deals flat 0 damages.

In the mean time though, I guess you could say it's a bit faulty.
