Since the release of Insurgency encounters on Xbox the game has had multiple issues with broken instances where the insurgencies fail to spawn. Multiple instances also have no bosses spawn which is killing the drop rate for players to obtain the rod piece required for upgrading the new buff box item.
Players are venting out thier anger in zone chats which is indeed causing a ripple effect on other players trying to enjoy the game and farm appropriately.
As a player of neverwinter for over 5 years, it's ok to have bugs here and there, it's common with any game or software but to have so many issues literally within 2 weeks of launch of new content is just pathetic service for us dedicated playerbase.
I don't care if you have to pull the shard down to fix this ongoing issue, just get it done. I'd rather wait a few hours offline knowing I can come back to the game with issues fixed rather than be apart of the mass amount of players suffering the same fate with broken instances and broken boss spawns and drop rates.
