Is this a joke, or a typo, or merely mathematical illiteracy? 6% is of course 0.06 but 0.06% is 6 points in 10000. What would be the point of that? I am completely at a loss to understand how these things get through even the most rudimentary code check. The terrible code quality and complete lack of any coherent design policy are making the game unplayable. Enough is enough. A pity.
