another gift glich

Today logged in with my first toon,i looked at home page and clicked claim valuables tab to check out what was in the free wizards cache bag,but did not claim it, as i had not figured out which of my alts should claim it.When i tried to claim it with my Warlock it was no longer listed and is not there for any of my toons and remains unclaimed by me.I dont know who is behind the wheel there,but you guys sure seem to have alot of problems with these " gifts".

    oops,found out that i had apparently claimed this before in the past and thats why it isnt there ,end of mystery:)

    Same here, not able to claim it from the RCA in Protectors Enclave

    Hi, I can't get the gift either and have never gotten it on any toon I have. Anything I can do? Should I submit a ticket?

    Nothing in reclaims for me today either today.
