[PC] Shift Key Not working

During Hell Pt, and possibly other zones, the shift key does not work on my ranger. Others in my guild and Alliance have reported the same findings with their Paladins and their Barbarians. I was able to finish plus the bonus round, but many were unable to finish.

I just added this to the other thread but for me it's the # 1 at the top of my keyboard. Seems to be stuck on when this issue occurs. I just press 1 and it fixes itself. I used to talk to an NPC to correct it but it turned out I would talk to NPC, then press 1 to progress the conversation with them, then leave.
