Has Anyone Found Fallen Paladin's Holy Symbol?

It's a reagent for refining Diluted Holy Water. I have tons of Devil Overlord's Charred Remains and Fallen Stronghold's Tainted Water can be purchased form Juma. But for the life of me I cannot find Fallen Paladin's Holy Symbol.

    Did anyone find where this drops, or is it another case where the item is missing from a loot table and no-one at Cryptic has fixed it??
    ive got loads of the other 2 items, but i cant find the Fallen Paladin's anywhere?

    It's a shame this doesn't exist. It would have been nice to have something to grind a little for that could make something useful. I understand Volatile Holy Water is useless, but it could have had a purpose in IC or something. Oh well, a missed opportunity.

    Today patch:

    The upgrade item, Fallen Paladin's Holy Symbol, can now properly drop from Heroic Encounters.

    I got one from the reward from Insurgency, so they do exist now.
