Vallenhas instance 3 weirdness

No, I am not talking lag.
It appears there is a "moving" Target dummy in instance 3.
Earlier, I have a toon in instance 3 and there was a target dummy in the entrance of the hall.
Now, I have another toon in instance 3 and there is a target dummy in the hall next to Gaerwen Veil.
Update: After I hit it a few times, it is now moved to the entrance area (not the same spot I saw that before) just before the steps.
Update: after more hit, it is moved again. Still in the entrance area but further fro the steps.
Update: more hit and now moved to the 'first' spot.
Update: now, it is outside of the shield. lol. My companion (a Gith) is doing the work.

5 hours later. The dummy is still in the same spot (of instance #3) showed in the video.
