ray of enfeeblement bug

so at end of lomm, my ray on mastery animation stayed active, meaning constant green line, and I couldnt do any other attacks, my other encounters would not fire, no numbers, and cooldown clock would tick a second or so and then reset....... dodging reset my encounters and i could use them again till i used roe and then it started again with the bug..... I also had some weird lag like a task taking too much ram on a pc going on and a hard reset seemed to get rid of that so who knows....... main xbox menu not affected, just neverwinter on that part

in the middle of the fight, i switched roe off of master with disintegrate and encounters worked normally
