Explorer’s Guild Tier 3 Upgrade

1. Character race, class and level does not seem to matter.
2. Obtain the Explorer’s Guild Tier 3 Upgrade quest available from a stronghold’s Explorer’s Guild boon structure.

Observed: The requested Ancient Key will never be found in an Arcane Skill node. It can be found in all the other skill nodes though.

Expected: You can also find the Ancient Key in Arcane Skill nodes.

It's not platform related then because I submitted a bug ticket on it also for PC. It is relevant to at least all the quest from there no matter what tier upgrade from what I've seen. Something is telling me that this is an old bug, but I'm not sure.
