Clarifying Campaign Progression

When working through the Campaign it's not at all clear when you should be doing campaign tasks to continue progression

If I remember correctly (correct me otherwise pls) this was the issue at the launch of M16 for UM campaign, and it was fixed later on. I kept telling and telling guild members to "stay right where you are and check campaign, don't move away" because they had a hard time finding the correct NPC afterwards.
So I second this, just launch it with the fix UM got afterwards - "pls continue campaign task first" so you can access the NPC, and it got a questmarker, and people don't start running around searching for the queststarter.
