Kessel's Retreat Special Chest Not Open

Kessel's Retreat does not open even though it has a special chest key at the end of the dungeon.

    Kessel key chest has been borkt for a long while now.
    I'm not looking for forgiveness, and I'm way past asking permission. Earth just lost her best defender, so we're here to fight. And if you want to stand in our way, we'll fight you too.

    Even better, if you have both a legendary key and a kessell's key in your inventory, the chest will take the legendary key if you just run up and don't pay attention.
