Flame Strike DoTs do not crit!
First of all, correct me if i am wrong. The way DoTs work in this game is that if the initial hit crits, the following DoTs also crit and vice versa. If that is correct, then Flame Strike daily for Arbiter Cleric is bugged. Below is the proof.

Please note that i have tested this multiple times and the daily does not whatsoever crit 50% of the time. It crits around 1/5x or so.
The damage from the daily comes from the daily + 1 whole feat that is dedicated to this daily aka Burning Patch. I am ever so frustrated because i always neglected this beautiful daily because eventhough it is a niche daily, it doesn't crit as well, so effectively making it literally worthless for AOE. The only other daily also has the same never crit issue and one whole feat is dedicated on it and works only if the daily crits. My head is spinning here thinking what is going on with the bugs in this game.
