Is there an update as to when the Arc app will be up and running on Xbox One? I put in a trouble ticket almost a month ago and they said it was a known issue and to watch the forums. I see nothing in the forums on this issue. I’m want to redeem my Arc points and can’t get into the site. I get an error message saying “cannot connect to sever, try back later.” Or something like that. Thanks!
