Seems 99% of the people who mention they stopped getting items from the chest at the end of MEs deleted the restore rune-etched armor quest. If you deleted it, then just got get it again from the lady on top floor of Yawning Portal.
I can't post a new bug because I am an "new user" who has been playing for some time, but there is a bug with not receiving Rough AD or RP at the end of ME.
1) Place Rune at start to get Rough AD 2) Complete ME as usual 3) See 3000 RAD / RP in end chest and an etched rune for Zok 4) Press "X" to "Collect All" 5)
Observed Result: Receive ONLY the etched rune (no RAD for you)
Expected Result: Receive all items in chest
This has been tested with 1 relic or 9 relics and repeatable.

Thanks bratleyray you are correct if you take them one at a time you get your reward.
What I am trying to have addressed is the bug that if you don't and instead use the "collect all" function that works in every other aspect of the game, you lose any numerical reward (AD, RP or Gold).
