Morlanth's Shroud as BTA drop or visual salable.

The Morlanth's Shroud was a good armor at the time/lvl when you get it, and could be really used.
After that it became outdated, and when using it as transmute for another armor it loses it "smoke" visual animation, making it just a normal "visual" armor.
With the new transmute system I guess it could work better, but for that we should be able to get the armor again...
Making it BTA, so we could get it with an alt if we wish to get that smokey cool visual for our main char (if finished Cloaked Ascendancy already)
Make it an item from a store. At River District to buy with map currency, or just a visual stuff - no bonus - at some other store.
That would be nice.
