Omu Primordial Weapon Patrol Bug

At least 5 times which may have been every time I recently went to the tomb on different characters for the Primordial Weapon Omu quest one of the NPC’s is missing their health bar and cannot be defeated. The only recourse is to run away from them and exit the map and re-enter the tomb. This happens with both the Thayan and the other kind of NPC. I can’t remember right now what the other kind is. Minor bug, but annoying.
