1)have soul sparks banked
2)activate Tarokka deck(observe clearing of soulspark bank)
3)interact with it in any way, except its card throw(rt?), and observe another soulspark bank clearing
4)have no soul sparks upon interacting at all with this artifact.
5)no longer be able to heal, or have damage buff from the soul sparks.
