Can't complete information exchange quest ( IA ) . Unable to get past ice wall .

    The dev team is working on this issue, but it is difficult to reproduce it internally.

    Play it again. The instance is bugged sometime but not always. If you see the ice wall again, exit, wait for a while and try again.

    Tried it twice within the space of 20 mins . Same problem . Haven't tried in last 2 days so will try again at some point .

    Just reran it and this time it worked ok . In the previous 2 fails the fifth crystal was at the cart before the last bridge and when destroyed it didn't give the comment " there's still one more " .
    In the just completed one the fifth crystal was just to the left of the last bridge and when destroyed gave the above comment .

    Maybe positioning of the crystals in the 2 failed runs was critical to it's detection ?

    Repeat run also good with final crystal at left of last bridge .
    So for the moment I'm now ok .
