Overflowing Spirit (Cleric Class Feature) Doesn't Seem To Be Working

This Class Feature should increase outgoing healing by 25% when divinity is full, however, I cannot tell if it is working as the buff icon (which was present in Mod 16) is no longer there, nor does it show it is active under Active Buffs.
