I am level 65. The quest level is 62. WTF with taking my character to level 60, 2 levels below the cre as tires in there?. This has got to be a bug.

    The minimum requirements to start this quest has changed several times over the years. I seem to recall that at one time, you needed 2 characters at the required level, then it was level 70 I think. I wonder if one of the old requirements slipped back in.

    I would suggest submitting a ticket, but keep trying to get the quest from Jarlaxle Baenre as you continue to level.
