Master Expeditions not giving etchings or rewards.

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
Starting today i have not been getting etchings on both my toons i do Master Expeditions on. In fact i can't even look inside chest or get any rewards. I've even tried different runes and cashing in my current etchings but nothing fixes it and i have submitted a ticket. Its really odd that its an account wide glitch. Anybody else experiencing this problem? Is this a glitch or did i get hacked?

    The problem was i dropped the rune etched armor quest from runemaster Sinye which gets rid of your enhanced ressonator or whatever its called.
