Paladin cannot switch loadout

This for me seems to happen when switching from healer to tank. It gets stuck on healer loadout and will not change to tank. Usually I can just switch to a 3rd, unused loadout but after I did some upgrades this morning to both loadouts, I am now stuck as a healer. Anyone know of any way I can force it to change without having to "fix" my companion and mount setup?

I should mention I cannot switch loadouts at all, healer or tank.

I have the same problem with my Ranger - will only use the one loadout - the issue was posted months and months ago and the post said it was escalated - but again this was months and months ago and it is still BROKEN so don't hold your breath !
