Why can't I change my runestone back to an enchantment?

I made a mistake and went to the exchange and accidentally exchanged my level 13 brutal enchantment for a runetone choice and when I tried to change it back it won't come up on the available exchange.

The option was not included at the exchange agent. You may have to contact customer support and see if they can change it back for you.
