Zen Purchased After Event Start: No Rewards

As the title says, purchased Zen after the Jubilee had started and got nada from the Rewards Claim Agent.
Obsidian Moonlight - Paladin
Obsidian Oath - Warlock
A whole lot of other Obsidian toons as well.

    Those don't come from the RCA... Look for another vendor near Knox.

    Why we need a special promo agent when there is a promo agent already I don't understand.

    Claims Agent is not a promo agent.
