Cannot turn in power points (no 400K AD)

Finally found the 10 power point bundle on one of my toons, but I can't trade it in for AD, nor I can use it.
Since this thread is closed I started a new one since the issue is not fixed.

Worse for me that I used the pack of power points when I saw that the trade didnt accept the item.... now 400k gone.

Support gave me a kick in the butt and they told that It is a bug, they know it, developers are aware but I wont get my item back or ADs. Sigh.

It's not a bug, bound packs (from Jubilee event) can be exchanged only for 35k RP. First two options are for packs from Zen market.

It's definitely a bug: either in description or in functionality.
In case you are right it should be clearly stated that bound power points can't be traded for AD so that folks like me wouldn't feel stupid trying to trade and later waste time on screenshots and reporting bugs.

In the bottom picture of the vendor box, there are 5 items (the last 3 are power point symbols): 0, 0, 0, 0, 1.

Each one represents which item you can get.
The 3rd and 4th items are for AD and the 5th item is for RP.
Yours is the 5th item.
Confusing, yes.

My powerpoints were bought from zen market directly, and couldnt exchante for 400k AD so I supossed (stupidly) that I should use them. I dont know why the hell I did that knowing the history of the game with bugs.
