Chult Signet of patronage not working

I did create a signet of patronage on my main, to boost an alt. Problem is, even with the signil in his pocket he cant turn it in. The option use signet is greyed out, as if he has no signet. I used a signet for cloaked ascedancy before, it worked just fine. I read a few month ago, that the chult signilet was broken. Did they 'forget' to fix them or is this a reoccuring bug?

It did work now. I dont know, if it was a glitch or anything else, but somehow it did accept the signet.
