Re-retrieval operation bugged again.

The re-retrieval operation is bugged again. I've tried dropping the quest and receiving it again. I've tried re-entering the instance from the airship(when this option is available.) all in all i have run the quest 5 times with different attempts at workarounds, that supposedly worked in the past, to no avail.
