Cleanse does not remove stun even though debuff icon disappears

This is most apparent in the fight with Ras Nsi but happens anywhere there is the stun with the lightning bolt debuff icon.
Cleanse removes the debuff icon, but the stun persists. This makes the powers which cleanse divinity-intensive with no appreciable benefit over other healing powers.
