Item Drops in Master Expedition Quests

Does anyone know if the Bosses or the lady who gives you the three daily quests ever give you waist or neck items. I get a lot of repeats on other armor and weapons, but not a single waist or neck item.

Neither - you get those from Zok. Use rune to get etching from final chest, trade in etching at Zok (he is under the stairs). Low RNG chance

It also doesn't hurt to check the AH as the pieces you get from Zok aren't bound.
