I don't see where people are commenting on this? is anyone actually testing it?

    Most have just commented on the owlbear patch notes, though it's been mostly about wizards talking smolder and act logs

    My feedback though:
    -Cleric Divinity changes for Arbiter feels good, nice balance between the increased cost of powers and the increased regen rate.
    -Scaling/Enchantments: Again feels good, while I am sure many will moan about needing separate sets of gear to be effective to hit caps, they are much more reachable now (with the exception of CA). I have not had the chance to play much of the queued content due to lack of players, I was able to enter some and solo some packs of critters and check out my stats. (some dungeons are solo able but I am also a 24k player)
