Gem Stones (and other items) are no longer automatically looted

Gem stones which drop from mobs (Black Pearls, Aquamarines etc) and other items (e.g. Priceless Platinum Bowls) are no longer automatically looted. Previously they would drop in your inventory if you walked over them.
