Mount Combat powers

So I was taking a closer look at my mount combat powers and decided to switch to Path of Fire. The tooltip says it deals 667 magnitude damage to target, so I thought it may be worth trying out. As of right now it is not functioning correctly. Tooltip says 667 magnitude but it is more like 60 magnitude, doing just slightly more than relentless slash. It also got me thinking about other combat mount powers(only have 2 choices personally) and if they are working correctly. So this is to report the specific bug on Path of Fire, and to ask if anyone else has had issues with their own combat mount powers.
