Robes of the Last Profit

Was excited to get this today(i still am), but noticed something was off. The item description tooltip says 1,000 il,
but in reality it is only 956. Was changing out shattered breastplate of the fallen for it, and should of been a 50 il upgrade, however it only gave me 6 additional il, not 50. Everything else was fine on the piece, stat-wise. Not a huge deal, but please add this to list of bugs, and probably an easy fix/win for all.

Did you swap the enchants? Before or after trying it on, that difference sounds like enchants were left on the old piece

You can see modifications only in neck/belt, other items are bugged.
