Neverwinter on PC will undergo maintenance tomorrow, May 14, from 7am to 9am PT for a small patch. Patch Notes discussion can be found here.

    fix 1 thing break16 or 17 others, typical programming by multiple people

    this update broke many items...
    for example..

    teneberous enchantment now has "blank" % proc chance .
    no chance to proc regardless of enchantment rank.

    it seems someone was tasked to fix the 8% proc chance that each teneberous was saying it had due to a ui bug and they removed all numbers and all chances not just ui mess.

    Apparently they just made a change to the drop from runes in ME's without putting it in the patch notes they did make a forum post though you have to be far enough alone the runic resonator questline to get rewards from me chest now as well lol.
