Enchantments trader bug?

Hi, I decided to trade my black ice enchatments rank 9 today for another ones that suit better my char but after I exchanged them, I coudn't find any bag or box cointaining the 3-stats enchantment of my choice...

Anyone there had the same problem or I was the lucky one to get HAMSTER up?

    Did you check the last tab at the trader?

    Last tab? Didn't chek... I tought it would go directly to my inventory.

    Because you can trade any enchantment for either another enchantment or a runestone, two boxes are created and placed in the last tab allowing you to choose one.

    You trade your enchants for enchant exchange coins then you go to the next tab and buy the enchant box that lets you pick.
