When are you fixing AP gain on CW?

i have already posted this twice or more and have been ignored, ap gain on cw, especially on arcanist is null, unless you are using external sources like artifacts, mount powers, your ap gain is null, i have the ap boon, bloodlust, etc and yet i only gain 1% ap from any encounters, even worse, this is random in the sense that sometimes the same encounters dont even give AP, the only encounter that gives reasonable amount of AP is the shard, every other encounter i have tried so far gave 1% or nothing, my atwills give 2% but on arcanist atwills are slow, which makes thaumaturge considerable better since you have ray of frost.
