Lost Companions with the new mod 16

I post this message becose a friend of mine Moderator removed email address. (has lost some of his companions with new mod 16

His Ticket Reference # 190427-000327

His message:

I have a problem with my character companions, i lost cople of my level 40 companions and some of them still there and some of them are not and some of them a level 35 instad of level 40.

I do not dare to load any of my other toons, becose i have a lot of level 40's on all of them.

any help would be appreciated.
