If they had left the scaling out , we wouldn't have this problem. Because you can still kill things with the Hamster build they push you in with all the Hamster features . I bet you that they scale you beyond the require level , no wonder mobs 1 shot you or when hit take half of your health.
If they had left the scaling alone things wouldn't be so bad. But you add in longer cooldowns, lessen the damage that encounters do, and overall change the whole combat system you get this mess.
