HP boons not working

in NeverwinterPreview - Bug Reports
I'am getting no HP from the HP boons, where it read 1k HP per rank 5/5 with all 4 tears 5/5 I'am getting 0HP, 367k HP on my tank before setting boons and 367k HP after setting all 4 boons 5/5.

    Still not working after today's patch (4/5).

    I hope its the only 1, cuz its easy to check status based boon, other are more difficult, like do and take less damage from x creature and chance of something to happen. i dont use or know how to use ACT.
