Mimic Bug - Ability Scores for physical damage increase (STR) display no effect

Ability Scores. I put 7 points into STR but the physical dmg increase shows zero increase. I appologize. I forget what the ability started at 10 or 15 or in between but it was 17 to 22 points total and physical damage increase is zero. It was zero before I put any points into it.
Ability Scores. I put 7 points into CHA which takes my recharge speed from 3% to a staggering 4.8%. or 0.2571428571428571% per point. I guess its probably .25% per point, meaning 1.75% increase rounded to one decimal displaying 1.8%.
